CAD Services

We see CAD, Computer Aided Design, and 3D software packages as the first and most important step in any refurbishment or fit-out.

CAD is the best way to demonstrate our understanding of a client’s basic requirements. It is also an excellent opportunity for us to bring those requirements to life with an integrated and coherent vision. CAD helps the client view and agree our proposals before they commit to any signed agreement.

Office Interior Design

Interior design isn’t just about paint and cushions. It’s about comfort, usability and performance. Cameron Barclay can provide a full interior, architectural or structural design service.

We call it Space Planning.

Our designers can revitalise your office-space, energise your staff and turn your premises into a more efficient, more welcoming and more productive place. They are available to you throughout the fit-out, too, so they can advise on changes our contractors need to make.

Naturally, before we start any building work, we’ll produce drawings, plans and computer mock-ups so that you can see the changes our ideas will bring.

If you have new premises, or have yet to make a final decision on a move, we can provide the same service. Our report will let you know what can be achieved and how much it will cost both for the initial fit-out and in on-going costs.

Refit While You Work

You won’t need to send your staff home when we start work. Our tried and tested project planning techniques mean that we will be able to work around you, and that you will be able to carry on your business as we work.

We’ll negotiate with your landlord and submit the forms to the planning authorities, so all our work is properly authorised. We’ll also take care of all the Health and Safety issues and make sure that your IT systems stay up throughout the work.

Fit-out

Our Project Manager will work with you throughout the refit. From the initial conversations about what you want, through to the day you sign-off the project, they’ll be at your side, advising and supporting you at every step. They’ll make sure that the right contractors turn up at the right time.

We guarantee that we will work to the agreed budget and that what you sign up to is what we will deliver.
