Comfort Cooling, Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Extraction

We can supply units to provide cooling or heating and cooling. Whichever model you choose, we can guarantee a perfect indoor climate throughout the year. No stale air, just a clean, fresh environment, free of impurities. The right machinery can also ensure that the humidity levels within your building are appropriate.

Systems are available in a range of capacities and sizes. They can be wall, floor, or ceiling mounted. Air flow can easily be controlled from a wall-mounted unit.

Plumbing and Water Mains

Cameron Barclay can arrange contracts to cover emergency plumbing services such as burst or leaking pipes, blocked toilets, broken waste disposal units and faulty hot water cylinders. These contracts can also include the cleaning, servicing and repair of Saniflos.

As part of any refurbishment or refit, we can carry out excavation and replacement of water mains and stop cocks, both inside and outside of the property.

Drain Lining

For light domestic properties, we would usually recommend Renoline. For heavy duty premises, where the drains are going to be put under intense pressure, we would use a Brawoliner system. If the condition of the drains is generally good but with a few poor segments, we can carry out patch lining on specific sections of the drain.

Drain Repairs and Maintenance

If the existing drains work but are deformed, we use re-rounding equipment and pitch fibre to return a circular shape and integrity to damaged pipework.

Some drains require in situ maintenance and this may involve cleaning with high pressure water jetting equipment, de-scaling or root removal.

Sewage Treatment Plants/Septic Tanks

Our contractors can carry out the installation or repairs of sewage treatment plants and septic tanks. They can also arrange a service for septic tank emptying and for emptying an oily waste gully.
