The Refurbishment Requirements

Cameron Barclay was asked to convert a totally open plan and old style 4th floor office into a refurbished, new and exciting environment for DMS. The brief was to provide meeting rooms and cellular offices, a reception area and a fully-equipped kitchen/breakout area.

The Solution – A Redesign

This was a total turnkey project that required a complete redesign of the premises and also incorporated electrical and data rewiring, air-conditioning, plumbing, partitioning, furniture, flooring and redecoration to a set budget.

The project was fast-tracked and completed in four weeks from the initial briefing to handover.
